We are looking for a compassionate and caring *LPN *with a passion for the elderly to temporarily join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care/ Assisted Living Facility in *Williams Lake, British Columbia. *
*Contract: *3-6 months or more
*Locations:* Williams Like, B.C.
*Start Date: *ASAP
*Compensation:*
* $44.00 per hour _*+ travel allowance + accommodation + weekly allowance*_
* _*Extended benefits for candidates taking contract for 6month or more*_
*Responsibilities and duties:*
* Performs assessments.
* Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
* Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
* Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
* Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
* Current CPR and First Aid certification.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $44.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Night shift
* On call
* Weekends as needed
