Salesforce Consultant – Fully Remote (Canada) Qorali are working in partnership with a boutique consulting firm as they search for a talented Salesforce Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity across Canada, offering the chance to work on diverse Salesforce projects with a supportive, specialist consultancy. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Sales Cloud implementations, including: Opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales process automation. Customization of lead assignment rules, territory management, and reporting dashboards. Deliver and optimize Service Cloud solutions, including: Case management, omni‑channel routing, and knowledge base configuration. Service Console customization and integration with CTI/telephony systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Configure workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder). Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and best practice. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with hands‑on delivery in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud . Strong technical skills in configuration, automation, and reporting. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical solutions with business needs. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.
