Hays Mechanical Contracting team has partnered with a growing mechanical company in Port Coquitlam, Vancouver From major construction projects to regular service work, they have worked on everything from institutional mega-projects, museums, and residential towers to pubs A great fit for someone looking to develop their career and gain experience on noteworthy projects.


As a Service Sales Representative reporting to the Service Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new service contracts. You’ll achieve this by building a robust network of property managers and owners. Your role involves proactively targeting and establishing strong relationships with customers and trades to meet sales objectives. Furthermore, you’ll provide valuable feedback on market trends and drive strategic plans for attracting new business.


We are looking for someone that can bring 3-5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry. Additionally, a post-secondary education in business or a related field is essential. You’ll need the ability to work independently, dedicating two to three days per week to being in the market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) is crucial. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, are essential. Lastly, any experience with Jonas Construction Management Software will be considered an asset.
