Production Operation Manager

They are looking for a Technical Manager of Operations & Production.
They have multiple facilities across New Brunswick and would be open to this candidate living and working at any of their New Brunswick sites.
They also offer full relocation if required.
They need this person to be able to manage all operations and production across Woodlands and Sawmills.
It is a unique role, in the fact that having a technical/engineering background is key, along with a degree or/and an MBA and is now looking to be a manager of people, or currently already manages/supervises production and operations.
Ensure the Pulp Mill operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements. Includes chip handling/screening, digester, refining, and chemical prep areas.
ensuring outcomes meet the daily management targets. Identifying and implementing department needs in terms of standards, training, lockout processes, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in and/or lead area initiatives and projects.
Work with and coordinate maintenance and projects.
This will be a senior, corporate, office based position and a key role in the business.
