Digital Coordinator

This organization operates at a global scale, driving impact through digital, data, and information technology (DDIT). With recent leadership changes and expansion, the company is looking for a dedicated Team Coordinator to support its growing DDIT function in Canada.
Hybrid work model (2-3 days in office)
Flexible hours
Exposure to senior leadership and international operations
As the Team Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Director and Heads of sub-teams within the DDIT function. Coordinate global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and immunizations.
Handle expense reporting using Concur (transitioning to WorkDay).
Organize and maintain documentation, trackers, databases, and SharePoint sites.
Provide backup support to other team coordinators as needed.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); SharePoint experience is an asset but can be learned.
Ability to adapt to different personalities, shifting priorities, and multiple time zones.
Bilingualism in French is an asset.
