Identifies key sustainability issues and advances management programs relating to the company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability performance.
# Acts as a specialist resource for business stakeholders to ensure sustainability requirements are built into business processes.
# Develops and supports the enterprise sustainability strategy, stakeholder and employee engagement, and management reporting/disclosure.
# Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
# Assesses impacts and identifies changes required to ensure regulatory and corporate requirements are met.
# Contributes to the identification, reporting, assessment and analysis of ESG and Sustainability related risks for senior management and the board.
# Supports the development and promotion of a business/group program and ensures alignment with BMO's sustainability management framework.
# Identifies business needs, designs/develops tools and training programs; may include delivery of training to audiences.
# Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
# Qualifications: Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the number of hours regularly worked. BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. BMO also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
