As aCIAM (Customer Identification Authentication Management) Application Analystat the National Bank, you are responsible for analyzing new requests and supporting applications from Okta and satellite services to facilitate integrations.
Document new integrations, their configurations and be able to map the interactions between different departments
Ensure the continuity of integration through incident management by writing guides, performing maintenance or solving problems
Perform configurations to enable integration of services into the CIAM ecosystem.
IT and operations is more than 5,500 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

Technical experience in analysis, technical support or incident management
Team player, facilitation, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills including incident management in projects.
Experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, Lambda), an asset
Knowledge of monitoring tools: Datadog, Splunk, an asset.
