· We are currently looking for Project Managers to complement our growing team of Restoration Professionals. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing all GTA Restoration activities on all claims to which they are appointed, ensuring that the GTA Restoration customer service reputation is always maintained.
Managing all aspects of emergency and restoration claims (scoping, sketching, estimating, coordination of resources, communication with insured and adjuster, etc.)
Providing leadership in Health and Safety, by ensuring the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
Inspecting progress and work quality throughout the project lifespan.
The ability to manage several projects at any given time, with a continuous focus on financial results, will be key to your success.
3-5 years’ experience managing construction or renovation projects
Exceptional networking skills
Proven ability to manage, coach and mentor crew
Required - Xactimate and Xactanalysis , Exceptional software skills - MS Office suite
Assist Project Manager with the successful full cycle of assigned projects; Ensure all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims systems
· Assist Project Manager with customer communication and interactions
· Support and manage outstanding receivables
Post-secondary education and / or administrative training is an asset
· Advanced skills with MS Office 2007+ (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet Browsers. Knowledge of Xactimate software is an asset
Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
· Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality
· Experience in restoration is an asset, but not required-- We will train you
Must be able to work after hours (we are a 24/7 emergency service company)
Must be available for scheduled "on-call" shifts
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Company paid cell phone (once trained and added to tech on-call rotation)

We are now hiring Restoration Technicians who are passionate about using their skills to improve our clients' job sites after a disaster has struck.
The Restoration Technician will respond to emergency situations involving damage caused by water, fire, flood, soot, storm, mold, or trauma, as well as other emergency situations in homes and businesses.
The technician will be tasked with recording incidents, assisting in the claims process, and returning damaged areas to their previous status.
Performing restoration activities, including demolition, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack-out and storage and other specialized cleaning.
Setting up site protection, like the use of protective shoe covers and floor mats.
Performing activities, including interior and exterior painting and finishing, light repairs, and cleaning as needed.
Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and facilities.
Have tools of the trade and ability to bring them to job sites.

With coast-to-coast coverage and 24/7 emergency service, we offer a wide range of services that remediation conditions caused by fires, floods, winds, mold, environmental hazards, accidents and other casualties at any type of facility .
The Carpenter/ Drywall Installer/ Painter works under the general direction of the Operations Manager to plan and organize the assignments of a project in order to meet the gross Profit and timeline goals. The Carpenter/ Drywall Installer/ Painter oversees laborers assigned to them ensuring that the quality standards of the company are being met and has knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of residential & commercial buildings, and other structures.
Follows all company health and safety policies and procedures and ensures that they are respected by all personnel and subcontractors.
Strives to continually improve through specific development plans.
Accepts direction from the Construction Manager & Project Manager.
Practices good housekeeping discipline on the job to ensure a safe, non-cluttered workplace and to minimize cross contamination.
Adheres to company policy and standards at customer sites
References of previous painting/drywall/carpentry jobs
Practical knowledge of carpentry and building maintenance.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance as pertains to carpentry, drywall work & painting.
Skilled at measuring, cutting, fitting and fastening the drywall panels; skilled taper/finisher of drywall panels.
Able to complete finishing process after installation by filling joints and imperfections.
Capable of industrial-scale jobs, such as office buildings.
Able and willing to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
