HCM Implementation Consultant - UKG Ready Payroll and/or UKG Ready HR
Are you a UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR expert ready to make an impact? Join our dynamic team as an HCM Implementation Consultant and help transform how businesses manage their human capital systems.
We're seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Consultant with deep expertise in UKG Ready Payroll and/or UKG Ready HR to lead client implementations from start to finish. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding organizations through complex system configurations, ensuring seamless deployments, and delivering solutions that drive real business value.
Lead Implementation Excellence
Configure and deploy UKG Ready Payroll and/or UKG Ready HR solutions tailored to client needs
Manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through post-launch support
Develop comprehensive test scripts and quality deliverables
Execute strategic implementations that maximize ROI and optimize HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems
Provide expert technical guidance on UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR functionalities and best practices
Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing UKG Ready Payroll and/or Ready HR modules
~ In-depth functional knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping modules
~ Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
~ Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel as needed
Communicative : You build bridges between technical teams and business stakeholders
Remote work flexibility when not traveling
