Customer Experience Team Lead, Full Time

Club PKL is a new upscale recreational sports complex located at 660 Bridge Street in Montreal, Canada. We are set to open in mid-June 2024. Our club is dedicated to providing the Montreal pickleball community with the first indoor regulation size pickleball courts in the city. Additionally, we offer our members amenities such as fitness studios, wellness rooms for massage and physiotherapy, a bistro lounge (coming in 2025), and a locker room with individual showers. We are thrilled to bring this long-awaited facility to pickleball and fitness enthusiasts in Montreal. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer and Corporate Experience Lead. You will be responsible for managing and improving customer satisfaction and retention, providing front line customer support, coordinating corporate and private events, and ensuring smooth operations to provide our members the ultimate experience at Club PKL. This includes overseeing member and corporate clients' day-to-day activities, handling their inquiries and concerns, analyzing feedback to identify areas of improvement, and coordinating with our team to deliver a seamless member experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record in customer satisfaction and customer support
Analytical skills for analyzing customer feedback and data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of recreational sports or pickleball is a plus
