The Field Sales Associate will continually increase market share while building long-term relationships with customers.What You Will Do:SalesPre-plan and execute sales calls to new and existing customers on master route. Types of assigned accounts vary by territory and may consist of retail (liquor stores, independent retailers), and on premise (restaurants, hotels, and other similar venues)Execute variable monthly display promotions in merchandisable accounts according to standardsKeep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developmentsBuild quality relationships with customersBudget ManagementControl operating and A&P expenses and manage budget and expenses appropriatelyDeliver and exceed on annual budget for assigned territory in terms of revenue and distributionAdministrationMonitor and track marketing programsAttend and participate in events, training, meetings and coordinate & conduct tastings and events as requiredReview and prepare reports/sales materialsUse of Salesforce to set weekly route plan and manage objectivesWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Related1+ Years of Sales or Customer Service ExperienceDriver’s license and car requiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient with personal computers and business applicationsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one timeDeclaration Wine & Spirits Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
