Bilingual Client Relations Manager

EdCan is seeking a Bilingual Client Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for Well at Work clients to ensure that EdCan’s programs and services meet their needs. // Le Réseau ÉdCan est à la recherche d’un ou d’une chef bilingue des relations avec la clientèle pour agir en tant que principal point de contact auprès des clients de l’initiative Bien dans mon travail afin de veiller à ce que les programmes et services d’ÉdCan répondent à leurs besoins.

Le Réseau ÉdCan est à la recherche d’un ou d’une chef bilingue des relations avec la clientèle pour agir en tant que principal point de contact auprès des clients de l’initiative Bien dans mon travail afin de veiller à ce que les programmes et services d’ÉdCan répondent à leurs besoins. Ce rôle exige de composer avec de multiples responsabilités pour soutenir le bon fonctionnement d’ÉdCan. La personne idéale, très organisée, est capable de résoudre des problèmes et sait gérer les détails et les relations de façon à assurer l’exécution harmonieuse de plusieurs projets en cours.
EXPÉRIENCE : Cinq années d’expérience dans un rôle de gestion, idéalement dans le domaine de l’éducation, de préférence en ressources humaines ou en tant que gestionnaire du mieux-être.

LES RESPONSABILITÉS ET LES FONCTIONS DU POSTE SONT LES SUIVANTES :
Gérer les relations avec les clients actuels et potentiels de l’initiative Bien dans mon travail
Poursuivre des activités de sensibilisation et gérer les premières communications avec les clients potentiels.
Préparer les devis et les propositions de projets.
Préparer les contrats et les factures.
Gérer les réunions d’accueil et d’intégration des clients.
Assurer la coordination auprès des conseillers, conseillères, animateurs et animatrices attitrés pour veiller à l’exécution harmonieuse des projets.
Coordonner la préparation du sondage Protégeons la santé mentale au travail.
Recueillir et saisir les données sur les clients et transmettre ces données à l’équipe de l’initiative Bien dans mon travail .
Coordonner les réunions avec les conseillers, conseillères et responsables de l’encadrement de l’initiative Bien dans mon travail pour repérer les forces et les possibilités d’amélioration en matière de bien-être au travail.
Aider les conseillères et conseillers à préparer et à structurer les rapports et le matériel connexe ainsi qu’à annexer les documents à l’appui.
Soutenir la préparation et la mise en forme du matériel de soutien pour l’apprentissage professionnel.
S’occuper de la logistique pour les clients et les animateurs et animatrices, et distribuer le matériel de préapprentissage en temps opportun.
Assurer les communications de suivi auprès des clients, y compris les demandes de rétroaction, de témoignages et de recommandations de clients.
Préparer et examiner les sondages sur la satisfaction de la clientèle.
Examiner la rétroaction des participants et la communiquer à l’équipe de l’initiative Bien dans mon travail .
Soutien à la coordination de l’apprentissage professionnel à inscription ouverte
Collaborer avec la direction générale du Réseau ÉdCan pour établir un calendrier annuel d’apprentissage professionnel et assigner les animateurs et animatrices.
Établir les liens d’inscription et gérer les communications avec les participants.
Fournir du soutien technique lors des événements virtuels.
Préparer et examiner les sondages de satisfaction auprès des participants.
Soutien aux communications et au marketing
Apporter un soutien général à la traduction vers le français du matériel et des communications de l’organisation, etc.
Préparer et examiner le matériel, les rapports, les présentations, les messages clés, suivant les besoins.
Aisance dans les deux langues officielles (français et anglais parlés et écrits)
Souci du détail
Excellentes compétences dans l’utilisation de Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Excellentes aptitudes en communications écrites
Bonne connaissance du domaine de l’éducation primaire et secondaire au Canada
Bonne connaissance des approches systémiques du bien-être au travail
CANDIDATURE IDÉALE :
Cinq ans et plus d’expérience en gestion, de préférence en ressources humaines ou en tant que gestionnaire du mieux-être dans le domaine de l’éducation primaire et secondaire au Canada.
