Job Title: BMC ITSM Technical Consultants

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for ITSM initiatives.

2. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements, leveraging BMC ITSM tools.

3. Design, configure, and implement BMC ITSM solutions, ensuring seamless integration within the existing IT infrastructure.

4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for BMC ITSM applications.

5. Lead the development of technical specifications, architecture documents, and solution design artifacts.

6. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with industry best practices and standards.

8. Stay informed about the latest BMC ITSM product developments and updates.

9. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful integration of BMC ITSM solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Solutions Architect with a focus on BMC ITSM solutions.

3. In-depth knowledge of BMC ITSM suite, including BMC Remedy, BMC Helix, and related modules.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Experience in configuring and customizing BMC ITSM applications.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Strong understanding of ITSM best practices and industry standards.

8. Demonstrated experience in leading and influencing technical teams.

9. BMC ITSM certifications, such as BMC Certified Professional, are a plus.

10. Must be located in Canada and living here for a minimum of 5 years.
