In this fast-paced business environment, the Professional Services team, in charge of maintaining and developing our activity towards worldwide customers, is looking for an Implementation Project Manager .

Your role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of the Training Orchestra solution for our clients. This position serves as liaison between the company and the client and ensures that all targets and requirements are met and that projects are successfully completed .

Duties and responsibilities

  • Project Management

o Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives and validate the configuration of the solution

o Estimate time frames and resources required to successfully implement the project and develop project plan accordingly

o Coordinate, facilitate and document internal and client meetings

o Follow up and report on projects completion and status

  • Solution configuration

o Provide consulting services such as requirements analysis, business process mapping , s olution design , data import/conversion , configuration of the solution and documentation

o Assist client in data initialization and user acceptance testing effort

️Competencies
  • Technical Knowledge

o Complex software configuration and implementation ,

o Advanced experience on data import and conversion

o Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge ( pivot tables, bookmarks …)

o Experience with creation of scripts for SQL Server

  • Softskills

o Business Acumen

o Clear and client oriented communication

o Perspective and ability to see the big picture

o Problem solving and root cause identification skills

o Ability to work remotely and independently within a multicultural team

  • Education & experience

o Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent experience (required)

o 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position with a software company or a solution integrator (required)

o Expertise in Training Management or in a complex planning and scheduling environment (required)

o A second language (ideally French or Spanish) would be a plus
