Leadership Role:

- Drive creative excellence across multiple high-profile projects

- Mentor and develop junior talent, fostering innovation and technical expertise

- Lead client relationships and stakeholder engagement

- Oversee project teams while maintaining design integrity and profitability

- Champion sustainable and innovative design solutions

Project Responsibilities:

- Spearhead conceptual design development for complex, multi-million dollar projects

- Direct 5-6 concurrent projects from vision to completion

- Chair client meetings and coordinate with authorities/consultants

- Ensure exceptional documentation and technical delivery

- Manage project financials and resource allocation

- Guide teams through construction administration phase

Business Impact:

- Shape firm's design direction and creative culture

- Build and maintain key client relationships

- Contribute to business development initiatives

- Represent the firm at industry events and professional associations

- Influence project pursuit strategies and client engagement

Technical Leadership:

- Drive BIM/REVIT excellence and documentation standards

- Leverage cutting-edge visualization tools (Enscape, SketchUp)

- Master project delivery platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Monograph)

- Optimize workflows across multiple software platforms

- Implement quality control and technical review processes

Required Experience:

- Proven track record leading complex architectural projects

- Active OAA membership

- Distinguished portfolio demonstrating design excellence

- History of successful project delivery within budget constraints

- Strong background in consultant coordination and authority approvals

- Expert knowledge of building codes and construction methodologies
