Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect that will be responsible for the architecture, solution design, development and implementation architectural oversight of ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes, workflows, integrations, and implementation of ServiceNow best practices for a large multi national insurance company.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the current and future functionality of the ServiceNow platform and its relevance to the organization.
- Design and implement high-quality ServiceNow solutions that integrate with enterprise architecture and business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform accordingly.
- advocate best practices and optimal design techniques to ensure performance and scalability.
- Provide expert guidance to development teams on technical issues, modern integration techniques, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide architecture leadership for the end-to-end lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations including design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain.
- Prepare and present architectural artifacts and technical presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and practices in the ServiceNow environment.
- Act as a mentor to junior architects, developers, testers, product owners and testers, providing leadership to enhance their skills and understanding in ServiceNow technologies
-Serve as the product owner and be responsible for maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution for UPM-X (Architecture module of ServiceNow)

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (desired).
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITRM, ITBM, ITVM, BCM, SPM, UPM-X, CSM, and SecOps modules within ServiceNow.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integrating third-party APIs with ServiceNow.
