L’agent du CA est responsable d’offrir un niveau de soutien à la clientèle élevé aux succursales en Amérique du Nord. Les agents offrent principalement de l’aide reliée aux produits d’encaissement de chèques; cependant ils doivent aussi offrir du soutien pour d’autres produits.

  • Offrir un niveau de service à la clientèle élevé
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et sympathique; faire preuve d’une volonté à offrir de l’aide et à régler les problèmes des clients; communiquer de façon claire et concise.
  • Acquérir des connaissances sur les produits pertinents et sur les politiques d’appui courantes afin d’offrir des solutions techniquement précises aux utilisateurs.
  • Participer aux ateliers de formation, au besoin.
  • Répondre aux normes de tous les indices à rendement clé et de tous les paramètres, comme indiqués par la direction.
  • Réviser les chèques à montant élevé, ne répondant pas aux directives, dépassant la limite ou en compensation.
  • Appels aux clients/employés
  • Répondre et essayer de résoudre les appels.
  • Soutenir le au personnel en succursale et offrir un service à la clientèle sur les questions de recouvrement lorsque les percepteurs ne sont pas disponibles.
  • Comptes commerciaux
  • Approuver tous les nouveaux comptes d’affaires
  • Négocier l’échelle des taux de tous les clients de comptes d’affaires.
  • Tenir des registres pour tous les clients de comptes d’affaires.
  • Compréhension approfondie de toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
  • Traiter directement avec les employés en succursale par téléphone, clavardage et courriel
  • Toutes autres tâches assignées.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en succursale
  • Démontre un service à la clientèle exceptionnel
  • S’épanouit dans un milieu en pleine effervescence
  • Confiant, fait preuve d’assurance, bien organisé et minutieux
  • Expérience antérieure avec Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook
  • Compétences techniques en systèmes d’exploitation, applications ou en langues requises.
  • Habileté d’accepter des quarts de travail variables planifiés selon les heures d’ouverture des succursales
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, grandes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et compétences en rédaction technique.
  • Résolution de problèmes basique relativement à nos produits et services.
  • Les problèmes ne pouvant être résolus par les agents de CA sont transférés au Chef d’équipe du CA ou au directeur du CA.
