Votre présence quotidienne sur le plancher de vente vous donnera l'occasion de comprendre l'activité en première ligne , et vous aurez la possibilité d'utiliser ces connaissances pour améliorer l'activité du magasin. En tant que responsable de l’arrière-boutique , vous serez également responsable de la conduite des ventes en assurant une réserve bien organisée et de solides pratiques de flux de marchandises (réapprovisionnement), l’exécution de la démarque , l’exactitude des stocks , ainsi que la gestion des fournitures et des installations.

Diplôme universitaire/post-secondaire de préférence
Maîtrise des systèmes de vente au détail et des programmes de bureautique, c'est-à-dire Excel, Word et PowerPoint
Disponible et capable de travailler selon un calendrier flexible, y compris les jours fériés, les soirs et les fins de semaine.


As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team , who you will inspire and motivate each day. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales , providing an excellent client experience , building strong talent and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit , passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line , and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue . As the person accountable for the back of house , you will also be responsible for driving sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution , stock accuracy , as well as, supplies and facilities management.

Minimum Two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management
Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
