We are hiring a talented Associate, specializing in Acoustics, to join our Acoustics team.Primary RoleThe Associate will report to an acoustics studio head and will be responsible for completing project work for the acoustics group. Additionally, you will assist with the development of acoustical models, renderings, field work, reports, marketing materials, and project coordination duties. Project WorkConduct calculations and present results to project managerDrawing review and site surveysEnsure company technical and professional standards are metKeep project manager informed on client and project issues for assigned projectsAttend project meetings with clients and prepare meeting summaries in a timely fashion.Prepare reports for submission to clientsLearn and utilize acoustical software and analysis methodsMarketingAssist marketing the firm, through providing clients with excellent and timely work productFoster repeat business-develop client relationshipsAttend business related events through which contacts would be developedUtilize the CRM fully to log opportunities, client and project informationProfessional GrowthIdentify areas and goals of professional growth each yearCreate, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadershipRequired SkillsAbility to listen to clientsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood time management skillsEffective organization skills and the ability to work independently Education & ExperienceBachelor of Science in Acoustics, Engineering, or related field2-4 years related experience.We are committed to cultivating an authentic and diverse organization, welcoming all those interested in our work to apply.
