Cette personne est responsable des décisions stratégiques assurant la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques, des tendances et des analyses de la recherche payante (SEM) et des médias, de la planification numérique intégrée et de la supervision de l'exécution des programmes.

- Un diplôme universitaire minimum en administration des affaires marketing ou l'équivalent collégial
- Un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience avancée dans la planification/gestion de campagnes de Médias Numériques
- Certifications Google AdWords, Bing Ads et Google Analytics
- Connaissance des campagnes de médias numériques intégrées pour entreprises, stratégies et tactiques.
- EXPÉRIENCE REQUISE en COMMERCE DE DÉTAIL/E-COMMERCE (y compris la gestion de flux/boutiques, etc.)
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en leadership d'équipe, idéalement dans un environnement d'agence
- Un état d'esprit axé sur la croissance pour développer les campagnes et les opportunités au sein de la clientèle
- Désireux de comprendre, tester et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles méthodologies médiatiques avec un accent sur l'amélioration des offres de services
- Compétences analytiques solides avec une capacité éprouvée à démontrer des capacités d'interprétation
- Un bilan éprouvé de travail sur plusieurs projets sensibles au temps dans les délais

**Responsabilités**:

- Faciliter la création de plans médias intégrés pour les clients et prospects de DAC
- Travailler avec les équipes SEM et Affichage/Publicité Sociale Payante pour créer, exécuter et rapporter sur les engagements médias multi-canaux
- Représenter l'approche et les plans médias intégrés auprès des publics internes et externes
- Superviser le développement des membres de l'équipe média de niveau junior (coordonnateur, spécialiste et gestionnaire)
- Suivre et réaliser des vérifications périodiques avec les employés pour assurer la cohérence dans la formation et le développement au sein de l'équipe média élargie
- Communiquer de manière continue avec les membres de l'équipe média et avoir des statuts hebdomadaires au besoin
- Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe média pour superviser et améliorer les processus internes afin de fournir un service de haute qualité aux clients
- Faciliter une gestion efficace des ressources à travers les équipes SEM et médias sociaux payants
- Standardiser le processus de devis/évaluation à travers les équipes
- Suivre, mesurer et rapporter sur la santé des programmes médias au sein de l'équipe média élargie
- Travailler avec le PMO pour rapporter régulièrement à la direction sur la santé des projets, les problèmes de ressources et les plans de personnel plus larges
- Communiquer les progrès par rapport au plan et les mises à jour régulières du programme axées sur l'exécution à la direction
- Participer et contribuer activement aux réunions avec les clients et aux nouvelles réunions d'affaires, agissant en tant qu'expert en matière de Médias Numériques pour contribuer à la perspective intégrée
- Développer des documents et présentations médias numériques dans un format convivial pour le client.
- Communiquer l'état du projet et la performance des campagnes aux cadres de l'agence, aux équipes de comptes et être extrêmement compétent pour communiquer avec la clientèle
- Présenter la recherche, les « insights », la performance des campagnes et les recommandations aux principaux intervenants internes et externes
- Gérer les escalades des problèmes clients et communiquer en conséquence avec les intervenants du bureau
- Fournir un leadership stratégique dans le développement de programmes pour répondre aux objectifs des campagnes, y compris SEM, Affichage (achats directs et programmatique), Publicité Sociale Payante et d'autres canaux au besoin
