Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual; Day/Evening/Night shifts
Maintain program and resident records according to department policy. Proof of successful completion of an approved Recreation and Leisure Services /Gerontology Diploma or Degree program from a post-secondary institution in any jurisdiction equivalent to Ontario, or
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in one-one/group program planning, care planning, resident assessments, implementation, and evaluation for geriatric population especially those cognitively impaired is preferred
Experience with an older adult population an asset
Strong customer and resident service skills.
Experience in a high paced customer service setting an asset
Flexible and willingness to learn new tasks
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English (other languages an asset)
