Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. IT Consultant/Sr. Solution Architect who will triage support issues, coordinate with various support teams, and manage resolution efforts. The successful candidate will engage with end users to understand issues related to mobile, tablet, and internet-based banking applications.Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to the team's direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivering leadership.Supports an environment where the team freely escalates challenges; facilitates change through positive reinforcement of successes.Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda.Desired Skill Set:10 years of strong Enterprise Integration ExperienceProven track record in managing and executing integration projects.Excellent Communication and Business Interaction SkillsAbility to articulate complex issues clearly to both technology teams and business stakeholders.Architect Role in Banking Environment: Experience in leading or designing enterprise integration projects within a banking context is highly desirable.Nice To Have:Development Experience: Tibco/BPM Skills: Familiarity with Tibco tools and BPM (Business Process Management)Java/Services Skills: Experience in Java development and servicesTablet/iOS Skills: Experience in developing tablets or iOS devicesTechnical Understanding: Knowledge of Web Services, Middleware tools, and Web Methods.Understanding of Channel/Hub applications.Experience in leading requirement-gathering sessionsSupport Flexibility: Willingness to provide support during off hours for critical business issuesBeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
