Vi søker nå etter personell for spennende utstasjoneringsstillinger som ventes besatt i forbindelse med prosjekt for etablering og utbygging av digitale flyveledertårn i Canada. Stillingenes arbeidssted vil være hos Kongsberg Geospatial (KG) som er vårt datterselskap i Ottawa. Prosjektet forventes å ha oppstart høsten 2024. Hovedoppgaven for de utestasjonerte vil være å sikre en god prosjektoppstart sammen med personell fra KG og sluttkunde, samt sikre kunnskapsoverføring fra Norge. Stillingene forventes å ha en varighet på 1 – 2 år og oppstartstidspunkt vil kunne være forskjellig avhengig av rolle.

Prosjektleder vil ha det overordnede ansvaret for gjennomføringen av prosjektet med hovedansvar for ledelse, planlegging, framdrift og rapportering. Prosjektleder vil rapportere til prosjektets styringsgruppe. I oppstartsfasen vil prosjektet være bemannet med også en assisterende prosjektleder som skal sikre sømløs overgang når utstasjoneringen er over. Det er avgjørende for rollen å ha erfaring fra prosjektledelse, fortrinnsvis med gjennomføring av prosjekter fra A til Å.

Eksempler på arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Ledelse av tverrfaglige prosjektteam.
  • Planlegging og gjennomføring av prosjekter med fokus på mål, ressurser og risikohåndtering.
  • Erfaring innen prosjektledelse i samsvar med KDAs interne prosesser
  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk
