Cottage Dream Vacations (CDV) is a dynamic hospitality startup headquartered in Whitby, dedicated to crafting five-star cottage resorts across Canada. In addition, we are also a leading real estate training provider. We are quickly expanding and are in search of an exceptional Email Marketing Specialist (EMS) with expertise in email automation and lead nurturing to join our growing Marketing team. This key position will report to the Director or Marketing. Produce and execute all email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.
Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.
Use customer data such as web-behaviour to drive the message and content personalization.
Work in partnership with marketing department to optimize creative and template structure based on best practices.
Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, and unsubscribes.
Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture and retain these customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines, target audience, and communication objectives.
Create exceptional ad copies, slogans, and taglines that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's voice.
Develop captivating and concise captions for social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
Craft engaging and shareable content for blog posts, articles, and other written assets to drive website traffic and engagement.
Understand email automation, lead nurturing, email marketing and know how to work on mass email platforms like Twilio, GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels, etc.
Succession planning and lots of opportunity for growth as we expand our resort locations and parent company
