As the Merchandise Flow Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and inventory productivity, with the goal of meeting/exceeding sales, margin and inventory turn targets; Partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Ops and teams, Planning and Allocation, the incumbent will develop and align retail store assortments, timely replenishment & identify opportunities within our Core, Full Price & Inactive Assortments in our retail stores.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and successfully execute our strategies (maximize seasonal ST%, reduction of seasonal overstock, timely replenishment to ensure NOOS on Cire products)
Track overstock inventory related to allocation to stores and collaborate with Store Operations, Merchandising and Category Management to deplete inventory.
Create allocation strategies and implement them within Toolio to manage new item distributions, manual forecasts, cycle bookings and seasonal bookings.
Provide reporting on store performance weekly.
Coordinate the seasonal booking process (ensure timelines are met by Category, Replenishment and suppliers).
Collaborate with planning to track inbound inventory.
Work with our Logistics teams to provide them with accurate information on upcoming net new launch distributions and replenishment releases within our expected shipmentsIdentify and implement improvement opportunities for the allocation table management process and create ad hoc reports as necessary.
Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn new technical applications and tools quickly
Ability to “sell” ideas and influence senior management, peers, direct reports and cross-functional/business matrix
Ability to deal with change and uncertaintyDemonstrate solid problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, multi-task and complete projects on time
Strong computer skills, including expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google
