Be able to fabricate piping assemblies from drawings and from site plans.
Should be able to establish drainage direction and determine the amount of slope as it relates to flow of materials.
Able to complete overhauls and major repairs to all plant piping systems to do with compressed air, water, steam, condense, industrial chemicals and waste removal systems.
Be capable of reading and following instruction manuals in detail, together with blueprints, drawings, and sketches, to carry out the proper installations. Grade 12 education or equivalent or combination training/experience.
Must hold a valid Ontario License Certificate of Qualification issued by the Ministry of colleges and Universities (306A trade licence).
