The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager with project quotes and proposals, evaluating customer's contracts, terms, and conditions, order management, and account maintenance.

Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit proposals and supporting documents in customer quoting portals.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to make sure project goals are met.
  • Manage contract milestone activities, and close-out activities.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinator amongst key stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain contract related hard copies and digital records.
  • Order entry and management.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer to arrange delivery of product.
  • Analysis of costing and selling spreadsheets.
  • Track orders to ensure delivery times are met.

Education and Training

  • An extremely high professional approach to business.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • Well organized and extremely detail oriented.
  • Works well with tight deadlines.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Advanced excel user.
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce or similar.
