Ton emploi:

  • Assurer le traitement diligent des diverses demandes de nos clients et partenaires
  • Analyser et interpréter les données pour réaliser avec précision diverses demandes
  • Atteindre les objectifs de productivité et de qualité et maîtriser les processus de bout en bout
  • Réaliser les activités qui vous sont assignées et soutenir vos collègues de manière proactive
  • Assurer l’alignement avec les priorités de l’organisation et de l’équipe, tant en termes d’organisation du travail que de nos valeurs comportementales
  • Identifier les moyens d'améliorer les performances et l'expérience de nos clients et employés
  • Contribuer à rendre l'environnement de l'équipe encore plus positif
  • Hybride 50% sur site, ou selon besoins opérationnels
  • Compiler, produire et analyser une variété de rapports et de statistiques
  • Respecter les règles de conformité et de gestion des risques
Ton équipe:
  • Au sein du secteur, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de 20 à 40 collègues, et le manager dépendra de l'équipe assignée. Notre équipe se distingue par une culture qui s'engage à maintenir un équilibre entre performance, plaisir quotidien et opportunités de développement.

Prérequis:
  • Diplôme collégial (DEC) de 3 ans et jusqu'à 3 ans d'expérience OU un baccalauréat (ou l'équivalent)
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle et/ou activités administratives (idéalement dans un environnement financier)
  • Facilité d'utilisation avec les logiciels Microsoft (Windows, Suite Office 365 - dont Excel, ...)
  • Connaissance des systèmes bancaires, tels que OSS-T80, Filenet, GDI, Accurate (un atout)
  • Sens de l'initiative, diligence
