This is a remote VOLUNTEER role for a front-end developer at BlueWave Labs. As an FE developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of building and maintaining web application user interfaces.
This includes collaborating with the design team to implement responsive web designs, ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Front-end development and web development skills
Understanding of SQL
Proficiency in responsive web design
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with back-end web development is a plus
Work closely with the design team to implement responsive web designs.
Building and maintaining Web application UIs
Implementing responsive Web designs with JS and React.js
Integration of frontend and backend components.
Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage codebase changes, collaborate with team members, and ensure code quality
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and effectively communicating progress, challenges, and solutions to the team.
You can work remotely from anywhere in Canada provided you have a work permit.
