Si vous :
- Être titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'une maîtrise en génie mécanique/aérospatial.
- Avoir au moins huit ans d'expérience pertinente en aérospatiale.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'analyse de la corroboration structurelle de l'aéronef : statique, fatigue/durabilité, et vous avez d'excellentes connaissances et expérience dans l'analyse de la tolérance aux dommages structuraux.
- Avoir de l'expérience avec Patran / Nastran, Nasgro, CATIA V5.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des technologies de l'information, y compris Microsoft Office.
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement d'équipe et d'être une personne confiante, bien informée et énergique avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute.
- Sont un auto-démarreur avec un fort sens des responsabilités.
- Vous avez un bon jugement d'ingénierie.
Dans votre rôle, vous serez responsable de ce qui suit :
- Soutenir les activités de réparation du stress en cours d'emploi.
- Effectuer diverses analyses de contraintes sur les réparations : résistance statique, fatigue/durabilité, tolérance aux dommages et modèle d'éléments finis (FEM) sur des programmes d'aéronefs multiplateformes (Challenger et Global).
- Préparation de rapports de résistance, de résistance statique et d'analyse de la tolérance aux dommages à des fins de conformité.
- Effectuer des calculs de contraintes pour évaluer les solutions de conception. Effectuer des études commerciales de réparation.
- Examiner les dessins d'ingénierie de réparation et participer activement au développement de solutions en service.
- Fournir à la direction une visibilité claire sur l'état d'avancement et/ou les nouveaux enjeux des activités de réparation à l'appui.

Job: Senior Stress In-Service Support Engineer

Location: Montreal, Québec.
Our client, one of the world's leading companies in the development of innovative and ground-breaking aircraft is actively seeking a Professional Aerospace Engineers, for Montreal, QC and Toronto, ON locations. If you:
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering.
- Have at least eight years of relevant aerospace experience.
- You are experienced in analyzing aircraft structural substantiation: Static, Fatigue/Durability, and have excellent knowledge and experience in the analysis of structural damage tolerance.
- Have experience with Patran/Nastran, Nasgro, CATIA V5.
- Proficient in using information technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a confident, knowledgeable, and energetic individual with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Are a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You have good engineering judgment.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Support in-service stress repair activities.
- Perform various stress analyses on repairs: Static Strength, Fatigue/Durability, Damage Tolerance, and Finite Element Model (FEM) on multi-platform aircraft programs (Challenger and Global).
- Preparation of stress reports, static strength, and damage tolerance analysis for compliance purposes.
- Perform stress calculations to evaluate design solutions. Perform repair trade studies.
- Review repair engineering drawings and actively participate in the development of in-service solutions.
- Provide management with clear visibility into the status and/or emerging issues of repair activities under support.
