The Role Are you a natural leader with a passion for operational excellence? As a Service Operations Supervisor , you will lead the customer support team’s Field Service Coordination , ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing team through clear goals, regular feedback, and one-on-one coaching. Interface with cross-functional teams including sales, service, and product management. Mentor team members to become strong brand ambassadors while maintaining top-quality technical deliverables. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, implement, and audit processes to achieve company objectives. Monitor KPIs and implement improvements. Engage in service business and budget planning. Resolve high-level service and sales issues related to customer support. What We’re Looking For College diploma or post-secondary education (Instrumentation background is an asset). 2–3 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience.
