We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, offering engineering, and manufacturing technical assistance, preparing quotes, and successfully delivering projects from start to finish.

To excel in this position, you should have a background in engineering manufacturing heavy equipment. We are looking for a practical and knowledgeable Mechanical Engineer with experience in successfully executing specialty projects. At Waycon, we value a diversified team, and it would not be unusual for our mechanical engineers to get involved in the manufacturing process.

Plan and deliver projects on time and within budget
· Attend site visits and meetings as required
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, P. or Mechanical Technologist
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, equipment design, and manufacturing
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and project management
· Exposure to various manufacturing processes including fabrication and CNC machining
· Strong commitment to workmanship, quality, and safety standards
· Excellent prioritization, planning, and execution skills
