Lead TFP’s data and analytics initiatives at the forefront of improving patient care across Canada. This Director-level position will enhance data infrastructure to empower informed decision-making. In this role, you will establish the data framework necessary for operational optimizations and quality clinical care. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, offering actionable insights based on reliable data analytics. This position emphasizes the importance of accurate performance metrics and data stewardship to ensure effective organizational strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Create a robust data infrastructure to drive business success
- Analyze and report on patient outcomes and service delivery
- Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics
- Define KPIs and ensure comprehensive data definitions
- Foster a network of accountable data stewards across clinics
- 7–10+ years in data, analytics, or business intelligence
- Experience in healthcare or complex industries
- Strong command of financial analysis and data tools
- Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives
- Knowledge of data governance and quality control practices
