What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sub-Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in securing mortgage financing options that best fit their needs and financial goals. You will leverage your expertise in the mortgage industry to provide personalized advice and guidance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

What You Should Already Have
  • Must hold a valid Mortgage License in good standing, or be willing to obtain one.
  • A successful track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  • Proficient in using mortgage industry software and technology.
Nice to Have
  • Bilingual/multilingual is considered a great asset
  • Underwriting experience is an asset
