We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to work on PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade. Must Have Requirement: • 8–10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator with a strong infrastructure background. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades. • 7–8 years of Oracle database management experience. • Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning. • Solid understanding of PeopleSoft security, backup, and recovery best practices. Nice to Have: Experience with Cobol PeopleSoft and Oracle Certifications Previous Technical Team Lead Experience
