Inflexion Games est à la recherche d'un Programmeur de Gameplay Senior (Ingénieur Logiciel Senior) pour rejoindre l'équipe de programmation En tant que programmeur de gameplay chez Inflexion, vous comprenez les mécanismes fondamentaux des systèmes de jeu, les moteurs de jeu modernes, ainsi que les outils et techniques nécessaires pour soutenir et autonomiser les créateurs. Vous concevez et mettez en œuvre des systèmes de jeu critiques qui seront techniquement robustes pour les jeux complexes à grande échelle.
- Vous serez un contributeur individuel capable de mettre à profit vos capacités de résolution de problèmes pour trouver des solutions à des problèmes techniques difficiles et complexes.
- Travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe de conception pour satisfaire à leurs besoins tout en maintenant un haut niveau d'excellence technique
- Fournir un support, une itération et une maintenance continus sur les systèmes de jeu existants
Une expérience dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes et de fonctionnalités de jeu (e.g. bâtiments composites, articles et inventaire, objets interactifs)
- Une expérience avec les architectures de jeux et les paradigmes de développement de jeux (par exemple, les systèmes d'entité composants)
- Une expérience professionnelle avec les moteurs de jeu, de préférence pour Unreal Engine 5 (par exemple UE5, Unity, Frostbite ou CryEngine)
- La capacité à communiquer avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques (par exemple producteurs, artistes, concepteurs)
- La capacité à établir des exigences techniques à partir de présentations créatifs ou basée sur la conception
- La capacité à définir et à comprendre les éléments des documents de conception de jeux et des documents de conception technique
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du jeu
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en C++
- Un (ou plusieurs) jeux livrés sur PC/console (un atout)

- Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est essentielle pour une communication efficace avec tous les membres de l'équipe.

De solides compétences en C++ et Unreal Engine
- La familiarité avec la création de systèmes de jeu en C++ et la fourniture d'une couche fondamentale pour les concepteurs travaillant dans Unreal Blueprints

- Un leadership technique ou expérience de mentorat d’autres membres de l’équipe.
