We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Quality Management team. As a Working Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic and content development of the Beiersdorf Global Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves assisting with the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing documentation, and ensuring timely releases. You will also support the deployment of new software solutions, manage the Teams Planner for SOP processes, and handle communications related to SOP releases. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a student passionate about quality management to gain practical experience and contribute to our global standards.

Your Tasks

  • Assist in the strategic and content development of the Global Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Support the development, deployment, and updating of new software and system solutions aligned with the QMS
  • Follow up on the time frame for SOP creation or revision, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ensure the completion of the document creation/revision process by reminding the content owner when the collaboration period ends
  • Manage the Teams Planner dedicated to SOP creation and revision
  • Create CBD documents in PLM as the process owner of document management
  • Ensure the timely release of created or revised documents
  • Announce the release of new SOPs
  • Upload released SOPs into the Global QMS SharePoint
Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in natural or technical sciences, quality management, or a related field
  • Strong enthusiasm for quality management and a holistic understanding of quality as a value, trust, and reliability
  • Interest in quality-related tasks across manufacturing, R&D, and other areas
  • Eager to learn about international processes, legal quality requirements, and collaborative ways of working between quality and different supply chain units
  • Curious and experienced in digitalization topics to improve efficiency and workstreams, and open to using new digital tools and solutions
  • Excellent team player with a strong drive to share knowledge and foster team spirit in diverse teams
  • Passionate, curious, and highly motivated, even when workload is high
