We are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

Job Description:

1. The Bidder must submit a detailed Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) for
the proposed Senior Business Process Consultant demonstrating that they meet the minimum mandatory requirements (educational, professional designations and work experience),

Detailed resume is defined as:
• Name of resource;
• Chronological work description of relevant project experience (including years/months of engagement with start and end dates);
• Education and professional attainment in relation to the field in chronological order;
• Where, when and how the experience was obtained.

2. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource holds a Secondary school diploma and Certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field (ex. Business and/or Human Resources) from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Note: Proof of certification must be provided with the bid.

3.The Bidder must demonstrate that its proposed resource has at least seven (7) years of professional experience within the last 20 years providing strategic direction and oversight for HR program management and development of HR solutions to public sector organizations at the Senior Executive* level.

4. The Bidder must demonstrate with three (3) concrete examples that its proposed resource has at least seven (7) years’ of professional experience within the last 20 years leading teams in the design and development of complex Human Resources transformation and solutions.

5.The Bidder must demonstrate with three (3) concrete examples that its proposed resource has at least seven (7) years’ experience within the last 20 years at the Senior Executive*** level in developing a broad range** of processes and policies in a Human Resources Systems and Solutions environment.
