Nous recherchons un Architecte de solutions Databricks expérimenté et motivé, spécialisé en Databricks, pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

Accompagner les clients dans la conception et l’implémentation de solutions data et AI à l’échelle, sur la plateforme Databricks.
Concevoir des architectures distribuées scalables basées sur le Lakehouse.
Intégrer les fonctionnalités avancées de Databricks dans les architectures clients (governance, orchestration, machine learning, CI/CD, etc.).
Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de gouvernance, sécurité, performance et industrialisation des workflows de données.
Être un point de contact stratégique pour les clients sur la plateforme Databricks.

Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en ingénierie de données, data platforms ou analytics.
Certification Databricks Data Engineer Associate ou Professional obligatoire (ou à obtenir rapidement).
Expérience confirmée sur au moins 6 projets Databricks avec implication directe dans le développement.
Compétences avancées en Python et SQL ; Anglais courant (oral et écrit).

Maîtrise de Unity Catalog (contrôle d’accès, lineage, gouvernance des données).


Data Integration & Transformation : Autoloader, Delta Live Tables, architecture Medaillon.
MLOps / Machine Learning : MLflow, gestion du cycle de vie ML, déploiement de modèles.
SQL & Analytics : Optimisation des requêtes via SQL Warehouse, intégration BI.
Databricks LakeFlow : compréhension ou première expérience (atout fort).

Connaissances en ML, AI ou GenAI.
Expérience avec CI/CD, DevOps ou industrialisation de pipelines.
Expertise multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
