* Lead the team in daily retail operations, supporting store success
* Drive exceptional customer experiences while managing cash handling and inventory
* 4+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
* Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
* Education in business, sales, or a related field
*Regularly opening and closing the store
* Staff Management, scheduling, recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
* Helping with customer queries and concerns
* Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies including Federal and Provincial, employment standards, health and safety and AGCO
* Sales and Money Management
* Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets with and through the team
