We're looking for a hard-working person to join us as an HVAC Technician in our Service Department WHAT WE OFFER: GREAT PAY Earn up to $36-$40/hr, acknowledging the value you bring to the team. Piecework opportunities for installs are also available. We provide a work vehicle and a tool program to assist you in your day-to-day. STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE You can expect to work Monday through Friday, with the potential to be added to an on-call list. OUR IDEAL SERVICE HVAC TECHNICIAN: We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications: Journeyperson Ticket or 3rd-4th Year Apprentice Minimum 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service; commercial service experience is an asset Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision Positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with retro-fits is an asset Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work And who can manage these responsibilities: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure efficiency and longevity Install new HVAC equipment and components as needed Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues and maintenance recommendations Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to complete jobs efficiently Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites ADVANCE YOUR CAREER WITH US We succeed through teamwork, integrity, and a shared commitment to personal accountability, where every tradesperson's skill and dedication drives our reputation.
