Lantic recrute actuellement pour le poste de représentant.e du service à la clientèle basé à nos bureaux de Toronto. Le poste relève de la directrice, service à la clientèle de l’Est du Canada. e du service à la clientèle sera responsable d'assurer la satisfaction des clients avec les produits et services. Le/la titulaire du poste sera également en charge de la réception, du traitement et de la modification des commandes.
Être responsable de la réception des bons de commande du client ;
# Traiter les crédits et les débits sur les comptes clients au besoin ;
# S'assurer que toutes les informations pertinentes sont communiquées au service de planification et aux directeurs des ventes ;
# Vérifier les factures et travailler en coopération avec le service des comptes clients afin de compléter le processus de facturation ;
# Travailler avec les ventes et le marketing pour s'assurer que les dossiers produits et clients sont maintenus à jour en tout temps;
# Offrir une assistance technique au niveau des produits, réclamations et autres informations en rapport avec la qualité des produits ;
# Fournir un soutien aux directeurs des ventes et autres RSE ;
# Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (parlés et écrit) afin de pouvoir communiquer avec nos établissements francophones et anglophones;
# Maîtrise d'Excel et MS Office;
# Salaire compétitif et prime de performance;
# Régime de retraite D.Assurance-maladie complémentaire et régime dentaire;
