- Assistance clinique
Collecter et enregistrer les signes vitaux, les antécédents médicaux et d'autres informations pertinentes sur les patients.
Soins infirmiers
Fournir des soins compatissants et professionnels aux patients.
Assurer le bon fonctionnement de la clinique et le respect des horaires.
Éduquer les patients sur les soins post-procédure et sur les traitements couramment recommandés en dermatologie.
Se tenir informé des règlements de l'industrie, y compris les normes de santé et de sécurité.
Répondre aux demandes des patients par email ou par téléphone.
Tâches administratives
Assurer le suivi des résultats de laboratoire et des tests.
Gestion des inventaires
Suivre et maintenir l'inventaire des fournitures médicales.
Suivre et maintenir l'inventaire des échantillons.
Formation continue
~ Maintenir des habitudes d'apprentissage et d'amélioration continues.
Détenir un diplôme d’infirmier(e) auxiliaire
Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire au sein d'un établissement de santé, de préférence en dermatologie.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, écrit et parlé.
Compétence dans l'utilisation des équipements de bureau et des logiciels médicaux.
Souci du détail avec un haut niveau de précision dans la gestion des dossiers des patients.

Aura Dermatologie is a private dermatology office founded in 2023 and located in the heart of Montreal.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in patient care, particularly within dermatology, and will be responsible for assisting with procedures, patient education, and clinical support.
This role is essential for ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service, reflecting our commitment to excellence in helping our patients achieve their goals in skin health.
Collect and record vital signs, medical histories, and other pertinent patient information.
Nursing care
Provide compassionate and professional care to patients.
Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and on time
Educate patients about post-procedure care and about treatments commonly recommended in dermatology practice.
Accurately document treatments in patient records, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.
Stay updated on industry regulations, including health and safety standards.
Answering patients’ inquiries by email or by phone
Administrative Duties
Maintaining and reviewing pathology log
Following up lab and test results
Inventory Management
Track and maintain inventory of medical supplies
Track and maintain inventory of samples
Hold a college diploma in nursing care
Licensed nurse in good standing with the OIIQ or OIIAQ
At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting, preferably in dermatology.
Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
Proficiency in using office equipment and medical software.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing patient records
