HouseSigma is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our brokerage operations as we transform how Canadians buy and sell homes. You’ll work closely with our Managing Broker to drive compliance, support our agents, and build the systems that help our team succeed.
This is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role at Canada’s top real estate app. The Assistant Manager’s primary mission is to keep our brokerage running smoothly while developing expertise across all managing broker responsibilities. Ensure agents stay current with RECO regulations, TRESA requirements, and TRREB policies through training coordination and regular updates
Investigate and manage complaints, disputes, and arbitrations with professionalism and attention to regulatory timelines
Work with sales directors to conduct performance reviews and address gaps
Host weekly market update meetings and agent support sessions
Help develop and enforce internal brokerage policies that align with industry standards
You’ll have weekly check-ins with the Managing Broker to discuss growth opportunities and progression toward expanded responsibilities.

3–5 years of experience in the Ontario real estate industry
~ Either holds or is actively pursuing a Real Estate Broker license, or has strong industry experience
~ Strong understanding of RECO regulations, TRESA requirements, and TRREB policies
~ Proficiency with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., You thrive when juggling multiple priorities and can shift gears quickly without losing focus
You communicate complex regulatory information clearly—whether it’s to a new agent or seasoned veteran
You get excited about helping agents succeed and watching them grow
