Become a key player in optimizing our inventory management You will participate in the strategic planning and execution of marketing strategies, while ensuring smooth collaboration with our internal partners. Your Role

Participate in planning and executing strategies for the Rough Plumbing category. Define and maintain supply parameters aligned with corporate inventory strategy. Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with buyers, suppliers, and distribution centers. Analyze and track performance indicators (stock levels, sales forecasts accuracy, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboards).

Ensure effective collaboration with all stakeholders. Contribute to sales, inventory, and supply planning cycles (including CPFR calls and seasonal planning meetings). Perform other related tasks to support department operations.

For: Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience

1-4 years in inventory management. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make recommendations. Technology: Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of JDA is an asset. Personal Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, dynamic, business-minded, and able to manage priorities.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a changing environment. Bonus: Knowledge of retail and/or distribution.
