Our passionate team is committed to providing cancer treatments of the future to the world of today.TRIO is looking for a Procurement / Clinical Outsourcing Manager, (internally referred to as Clinical Outsourcing Unit Manager) to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Clinical Outsourcing Unit Manager this position will be Remote in Canada.Responsibilities:Supports the design and maintenance of Clinical Outsourcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Procedures, activity trackers, tools (budget templates, budget review tools, etc.).Provides oversight of TPO budgets including monthly review of TPO activities, budget forecasts, budget reconciliation and negotiation of change orders, as required under supervisor’s guidance, such as:Ensures compliance with TRIO standard operating procedures (SOPs) pertaining to contracts and budgets associated to the services provided by Third Parties Organizations (TPOs).Be knowledgeable of contract terms and conduct on-going monthly review of the TPO activities to determine compliance to the contract and budget specifications.Participates in negotiation of change orders and performs budget amendments as required or as directed by the Global CoordinatorReviews the billing information for compliance and accuracy prior to submitting to the finance department for processingNegotiates Master Service Agreement (MSA) and creates standard budget grids with the TPO’s with direction from the supervisor.Performs quality control on TPO file and works with COU Specialist to resolve issues or discrepancies and reaches out to parties involved for additional information when necessaryParticipates in the identification, selection and engagement of TPO’s for ongoing and future businessLiaises with the TPO’s and other departments to ensure that the above-mentioned tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed timelines and quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business, Commerce or Life Sciences) is preferred but will consider combinations of education and experiencePrevious experience working with contracts and the ability to negotiate contracts with TPOs on behalf of TRIOKnowledge of budgeting process is preferred which would include working with budget templates and budget review toolsHighly proficient in MS ExcelFrench speaking would be considered an assetWhat TRIO Can Offer You:Competitive salary3 weeks of vacation plus paid Christmas Closure2 weeks paid personal/sick timeHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance premiums paid by TRIOFlexible working hoursMonthly internet allowanceHome office allowanceUp to 5% RRSP Matching ProgramPay Range: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 - Salary to be influenced (or determined) by the education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.All interviews are currently being conducted virtually - via phone or video.
