As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-rise tower construction projects, from inception to completion. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have completed at least one full lifecycle of a 30+ storey high-rise tower and will possess strong leadership and management skills. Project Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Team Leadership and Management:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of project managers and other staff members.Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to ensure optimal performance.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members.Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges effectively and proactively.Quality Assurance and Safety:Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise tower construction, with at least one full lifecycle of a 30+ storey tower.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve project objectives.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management methodologies.Experience managing direct reports is highly desirable.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
