Our expertise in the e-commerce space, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem, enables us to craft performance-driven ad strategies that maximize growth and profitability. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Meta Ads Specialist to take our clients' Facebook and Instagram advertising to the next level. This role is instrumental in driving revenue and optimizing ad performance through strategic campaign execution and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns tailored specifically for Shopify-based e-commerce brands.
  • Conduct deep market research and audience segmentation to craft compelling ad creatives that drive engagement, conversions, and sustained growth.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on key e-commerce metrics, including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) .
  • Leverage A/B testing, funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies to maximize ad efficiency and scale profitable campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams using Asana and Slack , ensuring seamless communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
  • Participate in marketing meetings to review campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and align on strategic adjustments.
  • Stay ahead of evolving Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously refine and elevate ad strategies.
  • Provide in-depth performance reports and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders, translating data into clear recommendations for ongoing success.
  • Offer strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in paid media.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a strong focus on e-commerce, preferably within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands profitably through full-funnel Meta advertising strategies .
  • Expertise in Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and LookerStudio for in-depth campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to develop ad concepts that resonate with diverse audiences .
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex campaign results and insights to clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-budget campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
