We are looking for a Project Lead (high intermediate) to join our team and guide the successful execution of our interior design projects. Our commitment to excellence and high-quality interior design projects is known for our Design approach, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive project documentation.
As a Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our project team, taking charge of project management and ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing and guiding the design team, handling client interactions, and ensuring project success from start to finish.

As a Project Lead, your primary responsibility is to manage the entire project lifecycle. Leading projects independently, ranging from 5000 sqft to 20,000 sqft.
Leading the Discover, Plan, Implement, Monitor, and Close phases of the project plan methodology.
Proficiency in Revit for all projects is strongly preferred.
Ensuring project drawings adhere to company standards.
Overseeing drawing mark-ups, space planning, and concept development.
Coordinating with consultants throughout the project.
Taking charge of the front end of the project, including renderings and design detailing.
Conducting site verifications
Leading project meetings and effectively communicating with the project team.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
Ensure that projects comply with building code requirements and are executed according to regulations, procedures, plans, drawings, and specifications.
Managing risk and adhering to best practices in design projects is an essential part of your role.
Additionally, you may be involved in the Student Internship Program, timesheet submission, training sessions, and in-office meetings.

Education in Interior Design from a recognized accredited College or University.
~ National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification completed (or in progress)
~ 7 years of experience in interior design, including previous experience in a leadership or project management role.
~ Strong Technical skills in Revit preferred
~ Superb relationships building skills with clients, consultants and team members.
