Change Management Specialist Level: MP5 Number of Vacancies: 1 Duration: 24 Months Hours of Work: 35 hours/week Location: 1908 Colonel Sam Dr, Oshawa Work Mode : (Hybrid – 2 days remote) Resume Due Date: Friday, December 12, 2025 (5:00 PM EST) Job Overview The Change Management Specialist will develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives , including SAP S/4HANA implementation . This role partners with finance leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with transformation objectives and drive successful adoption. Key responsibilities include: Identifying change impacts across people, processes, and technology. Designing interventions to address resistance and foster adoption. Leading communication efforts to articulate vision, benefits, and progress. Designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and support materials. Managing stakeholder engagement and feedback to address concerns. Monitoring and reporting on change management effectiveness, adjusting plans as needed. Supporting business readiness activities (process mapping, role alignment, transition planning). Collaborating with IT, HR, and other functions for integrated change management. Acting as a champion for continuous improvement and cultural change within finance. Qualifications Proven experience in change management for finance transformation projects , ideally with exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations . Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, with ability to translate technical changes into business impacts. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience designing and delivering training and communication programs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Change Management, or related field. Certifications: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci , ACMP ) is a plus. Project management experience and Agile certification are advantageous.
